WAREHOUSING Storage of printing, forms, envelopes, advertising materials, and promotional items allows our clients to take advantage of order quantity discounts without having to receive and store the inventory. It also allows us to monitor the usage rate so that items are reordered at the proper time, and at quantities consistent with actual usage. This service eliminates the costs of stock-outs, rush orders, over ordering and obsolete inventory.
DISTRIBUTION & FULFILLMENT Timely shipment and delivery to the client or other destination, bulk or individual shipment, is provided using various methods of transportation.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & REPORTING A physical inventory of all items is performed each month and a completely updated set of management reports is provided. These reports include the following: 1) Item Catalog; 2) Physical Inventory Report; 3) Inventory Management Summary; 4) Inventory Status & Valuation; 5) Usage History for 2 years. This service provides valuable information to help plan procurement.
REORDER NOTIFICATION When an item reaches its reorder point the client is provided with a written proposal with pricing for various quantities, previous order history and current usage rate, so that he can make a rational reorder decision.
